Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policies

Private Lessons

The minimum payment for lessons is due 72 hours before the lesson to secure your private lesson. The remaining balance is due by the start of the lesson. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the lesson will receive credit toward a future lesson. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson will result in forfeiture of 100% of the lesson minimum payment.

Open Play Events

Total payment is due at time of booking. Cancellation 24 hours prior to the event will receive credit to future events.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances - including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, or health issues - we reserve the right to cancel with refund, reschedule, or relocate the event.
